Set to be one of many releases celebrating the Air Force 1’s 40th Anniversary, the new Nike Air Force 1 PLT.AF.ORM model is highlighted by a tumbled leather upper, cut-out Swooshes and extra layers found on the upper. One standout feature is the newly shaped and lifted midsole that helps give the silhouette a bit more of a modern look and feel. This AF1 takes on a tonal look, reinforcing a delightful bubblegum pink all throughout the smooth and tumbled leather upper of the shoe. The embroidered Nike Air branding on the all-pink tongue is a slightly lighter pink compared to the rest of the upper. This embroidered branding is echoed on the smooth leather heel tabs. The lateral side of the shoe features a double Swoosh, one cut-out followed by the usual stitched-on Swoosh. The pink metal lace deubrés feature a rectangular grey outline around a mini Swoosh.
